Returns & Exchanges

At ReUnion, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

Return Period

You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

Returned items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition

With all tags attached

In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or had tags removed cannot be returned.

Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Returns

Returns must be requested within the 30-day period. Once approved, items should be securely packaged and returned according to the provided instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or colour are subject to availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, a replacement or full refund will be provided at no extra cost.
